Experience summer holidays differently!

Turracher Höhe is a real natural gem. Delightful alpine pastures alternate with vast pine forests, the extent of which is unique in Europe. Between the peaks, some of which rise above 2,000 metres, glisten magnificent views of the mountain lakes. Able-bodied hikers can hike up the ridges, but otherwise everything is accessible by cable car.

 

Especially our youngest guests and day visitors can enjoy a wealth of offerings such as treasure hunts, climbing frames and ridge attractions at the mountain huts. Or even the exciting Nocky Flitzer bobsled ride.

You can also discover Turracher by bike, whether you hike in the surrounding area or take a ride along the new track, which is almost 6 km long. The start is at the top of the mountain station. The trail offers a fun ride over waves, a small curved carousel as well as footbridges and bridges. The nature trail is unique in Carinthia and Styria in its length and construction!

You can go on hikes directly from our hut, which is 850m from the lifts, but especially right next to the hiking trails.
